					Shawn was phenomenal! We were in a time crunch for when our inspection was required and inspection objections back, he made sure to get all documentation to us the next morning so we could review. He showed up on time, was thorough, kindly explained things through the process so we knew exactly what we were going to have on the report. His attention to detail and documentation is very impressive. If this deal doesn't go through we will be in contact soon for our next inspection, I will not use anyone else!
