Our mission is to help people know and love their homes for their health, safety and peace of mind. This means inspecting and communicating, both verbally and via written reports, at a high standard. We utilize the best tools and make continuous improvement a staple of our inspection process to deliver precise information and ensure client satisfaction.

Owner and Founder Shawn Williams

Iron Phoenix Inspections was established in 2018 by Shawn Williams, a Certified Master Inspector and owner. Shawn has a strong attention to detail, as well as appreciation and commitment to his native Denver metro area which earned him the affiliate of the year award at the South Metro Denver Realtors Association (SMDRA) in 2021. With this to his credit he has been chair of the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Action (I.D.E.A.) committee (2023) and an Ex-Officio board director (2023), both at SMDRA. Shawn is also an InterNACHI Training Partner, collaborating with InterNACHI to make inspection training videos and provide guidance to inspectors and aid in the training process.

Shawn is also committed to excellence as an inspector by completing over 1000 inspections, hundreds of continuing education hours and multiple certifications.

We were in a time crunch for when our inspection was required and inspection objections back, he made sure to get all documentation to us the next morning so we could review. He showed up on time, was thorough, kindly explained things through the process so we knew exactly what we were going to have on the report. His attention to detail and documentation is very impressive. If this deal doesn't go through we will be in contact soon for our next inspection, I will not use anyone else!
