Shawn Williams - Owner & Founder
Iron Phoenix Inspections was established in 2018 by Shawn Williams, a Certified Master Inspector and owner. Shawn has a
strong appreciation and commitment to his native Denver metro area which earned him the affiliate of the year award at
the South Metro Denver Realtors Association (SMDRA) in 2021. Shawn is also committed to excellence as an inspector by
completing over 1000 inspections, hundreds of continuing education hours and multiple certifications. Shawn is also an InterNACHI training partner teaching occasional classes and helping train inspectors at the InterNACHI House of Horrors in
Boulder, Colorado.
