Mold Inspections

Out of the 4 houses that we have bought this is the most thorough inspection we have ever recieved! We will definitely be using the company for all of our future inspection needs. We used Iron Phoenix Inspection on our home inspection and Radon Test on January 6th. Shawn was thorough and made sure to stay longer when he found some leaking toliets. His inspection report was full of helpful information and whenever we talked to him about some of our concerns, he made it easy to understand. Shawn even came back out to "reinspect" our home after repairs were done and made sure the items we requested were done correctly. Shawn is an amazing inspector and we are so glad he helped us throughout this process.
